I recently had the pleasure of meeting with our ADESA dealer sales and services management teams from across the country at our annual meeting in Chandler, Arizona at Wild Horse Pass and Casino. After a high-energy weekend filled with teambuilding and training, we left with an even stronger enthusiasm for providing exceptional service to our dealer customers in 2013.
During this event, we celebrated our dealer sales teams’ 2012 successes and welcomed a plethora of new team members at our awards banquet. The following day, we headed to the OPENLANE office in Mesa to work with their team in breakout sessions on the technology updates during the past year, including online operations, CarsArrive and ADESA Dealer Connect.
As ADESA and OPENLANE continue to work together as one team to better serve our customers, we are committed to ensuring our dealer sales teams are equipped to keep the personal connection with our dealers strong. Our annual meeting always proves to be a great opportunity for us to connect and share best practices, and I look forward to helping even more customers this year.
