Every day, ADESA employees work hard on the front lines to ensure the best possible experience for our customers. Without them, our company could not have achieved such a high level of recognition and success.

A few short weeks ago, I had the honor of announcing that ADESA Cincinnati-Dayton received top honors from Chase Auto Finance and was awarded the 2011 Chase Cup for Auction Excellence for Best National Auction.

The Chase Cup recognizes exceptional performance in retention, efficiency, expense control, accuracy, sales, operations and service delivery. In addition to this honor, ADESA Cincinnati-Dayton also received the award for the best regional performance in the Midwest.

After hearing the news, I knew I had to take the time out to personally thank everyone at Cincinnati-Dayton. Every single employee had a hand in winning these awards. So, we took a day off to enjoy a barbecue, play a little corn hole and shoot some hoops in the auction lanes. John Combs, executive sales director, Geoff Parker, general manager, and I even got behind the grill to cook for all of the auction’s employees. We all had a great time.
