For my book selection, I chose Creating Magic: 10 Common Sense Leadership Strategies from a Life at Disney by Lee Cockerell.

This book is a favorite around our office—in fact we even invited the book’s author to speak at a customer meeting last June. A coworker was so inspired by his presentation that he brought me a signed copy of the book, which is based on the principles taught at the world-renowned Disney Institute.
