Ford Motor Co. of Canada recently announced winners of two of its prestigious awards: the 2014 Auction Quality Award and the 2014 Reconditioning Excellence Award. ADESA Canada auctions were once again recognized for superior service and excellent quality, and I couldn’t be prouder of the teams at these award-winning auctions.

Congratulations our 2014 Auction Quality Award winners:

ADESA Winnipeg and ADESA Quebec City.

ADESA Winnipeg, led by GM Greg Maidment, scored 9 out of 10 possible points.

ADESA Quebec City, led by GM Daniel Demers, scored 8.81 out of 10.

Congratulations also to our 2014 Reconditioning Excellence Award winners, especially our repeat winners:

ADESA Toronto, a first-time winner; ADESA Halifax,a four-time winner; and ADESA Moncton, a seven-time winner. Keep up the good work!

ADESA Toronto and ADESA Halifax each scored 4.70 out of 5, while ADESA Moncton scored 4.94 out of 5.

These ADESA facilities achieved the highest satisfaction ratings in the area of automobile reconditioning from Ford of Canada dealers over the course of 2014.

Ford’s Auction Quality program evaluates the service provided at each Ford-sponsored auction facility. The program included all ADESA Canada auctions, which were divided into two sub-groups based on size. The award winners were selected by measuring operational processes and satisfaction scores from Ford of Canada and dealership personnel.

I’m proud that our auctions are delivering the high level of service Ford of Canada has come to expect and that we’re measuring up to the standards and metrics that Ford of Canada has set out.
