I am very much looking forward to attending the NADA Convention & Expo, with this year’s event in New Orleans from January 24–27. The chance to connect with colleagues, friends and industry professionals is an invaluable and enjoyable experience every year.

If you’re joining us for the 2014 NADA Convention and Expo, the excellent programming is once again packed with events, workshops, the Expo and more.

Stop by and say hi at ADESA’s interactive booth #5829 for some “food for thought” (and your stomach). Test your knowledge with our trivia contest on pop culture and automotive facts and enjoy some snacks. Bonus—the daily points leader wins an iPad Air every day.

Also, I hope you’ll join us at 11 a.m. for our press conference on Saturday, January 25, where I will be speaking with Stéphane St-Hilaire, ADESA’s new president and CEO, and Tom Kontos, our chief economist.

One highlight of our weekend at the NADA Convention is the annual Harley-Davidson charity auction on January 26 at 1 p.m. benefitting Canine Companions for Independence and the NADA Foundation Frank E. McCarthy Memorial Fund. Proceeds from the auction of this beautiful 2013 Heritage Softail Classic Anniversary edition will go to helping disabled veterans be matched with service dogs that protect and serve them in their daily lives, just as they’ve served and protected our country.

I hope to see you there.
