Car dealers always want to make more money.

I often talk about how new technology is making it easier than ever for dealers to acquire the most profitable inventory, which leads to making more money. But that doesn’t mean you can let up on the gas of keeping more of what you earn.

I had the opportunity to speak to dealers at last summer’s Georgia Independent Automobile Dealers Association (GIADA) convention, and today I’m sharing a video of my talk there. In it I offer tips and advice on profit, and on using data and technology to make efficient inventory acquisitions.

I also share new ways to ask the “Where did you hear about us?” question, which will produce answers that can save you money on advertising and make asking for the referral automatic.
