After more than 35 years in the automotive business, Doug Collis is retiring from Ford of Canada.

Doug has been a huge talent in the industry, as well as our friend. He held various positions with Ford throughout the years, including two years in Western Canada. He returned to Ontario in 2000 to begin his career in automotive remarketing.

Under Doug’s strong guidance and support, the relationship between Ford and ADESA Canada has flourished. His keen business sense and industry knowledge has led to great mutual successes, including Ford’s early adoption of ADESA DealerBlock and LiveBlock platforms.

Doug has always believed in representing the Ford brand with integrity and class, treating business partners with fairness and respect.

Always first in line to attend auction events, Doug has shown a strong appreciation for the auto remarketing process and, certainly, for its people.

Happy retirement, Mr. Doug Collis! You were an exceptional partner, and will remain a wonderful friend.

Best wishes to you, Sue and the rest of your family.
