I would like to take this opportunity to celebrate the accomplishments and career of a very special friend and colleague, Colleen Parks, who retired last week as general manager of ADESA Cleveland. I remember first bringing her to the ADESA team in 1994. Through 20 years of hard work, a phenomenal attitude of service and enthusiasm for our industry, Colleen served ADESA Cleveland as fleet lease manager, assistant manager and then general manager.

Each of our employees brings something special to our team. And I want to make sure Colleen knows how much we all appreciate her dedication to ADESA, to our employees and to our customers. For those of you who may not know this, Colleen is an avid traveler. With her retirement, she plans to see the world. So the team at ADESA Cleveland presented her with a special gift—a round-trip ticket to use for any destination. Customers also shared their congratulations during a special cake reception in Colleen’s honor.

Not only did Colleen devote her time to being an integral part of ADESA Cleveland, she is also a committed community volunteer. She’s looking forward to spending more time volunteering at organizations such as Cleveland’s Playhouse Square Theater when she’s not traveling and enjoying time with family and friends.

I am honored to congratulate her on this important milestone and wish her only the best in her future.
