Remarketing’s Future Utilizing Mobile Technology: Will Smartphones, Tablets and Social Media Marketing be the Future of Consignors and Buyers?
This IARA Roundtable will look at the direction of auctions (Independent, Manheim and ADESA) working in conjunction with local and national remarketers, including the interface of variables like remote representation and social media marketing in that process. OPENLANE’s Blake Kennedy will be a featured member of the roundtable.

Emerging Trends in the Remarketing of Corporate Fleet Vehicles
ADESA’s Bob Rauschenberg will moderate a panel featuring remarketing managers from the leading commercial fleet leasing companies. Attendees will learn the latest remarketing trends among major corporate fleets. The discussion will also focus on the inventory mix and the different strategies to remarket out-of-service fleet units.

Forecast of Residual Values: 2012-2013
Industry experts, including ADESA’s Tom Kontos, will provide a forecast of residual values for the wholesale resale market for 2012-2013. A panel of residual forecasters gives their predictions of key trends in the wholesale resale market.

ADESA’s Paul Lips will be moderating this discussion by industry authorities.
