I recently had the pleasure of connecting with customers, colleagues and employees at the ADESA Canada 2014 Dealer Council and Client Advisory Board (CAB) event in Muskoka Lakes, Canada. It was a great meeting filled with educational breakout sessions that allowed us all to collaborate and discuss the future of our industry.
During CAB, we had the opportunity to garner valuable feedback from customers, gain insight from notable speakers and discuss how technology can benefit our business today and moving forward.
We also participated in team-building activities such as a cooking challenge and networked during a golf tournament. We even welcomed a special guest from TSN, Rod Black, for a group meet-and-greet.
I want to thank everyone for taking the time to gather, share best practices and explore ways we can together provide service enhancements and strategically utilize technology as a business advantage for all of our customers.
