For more than 20 years, Brenda Aden has rocked the world of auto remarketing.

In that time, she has worked in just about every aspect of the auction business, allowing her to adopt a truly unique style of leadership—one focused on fostering strong relationships and a culture of customer experience.

Knowing all the great work Brenda did while general manager of ADESA Las Vegas—exemplified by the location being recognized as a Best Auto Auction to Work For by Auto Remarketing in 2016—it came as no surprise when I learned she had been featured in Auto Remarketing’s latest Power 300 installment.

The Auto Remarketing Power 300 issue, released annually, goes behind the scenes to highlight cutting-edge companies and leading voices in the used-car and remarketing industries.

In her Q&A with AR Senior Editor Joe Overby, Brenda describes a typical week at the auction, her current vehicle supply situation, technology opportunities for brick-and-mortar auto auctions and strategies she uses to maintain consistent operations day-to-day.

Brenda’s positivity and passion for the business shine brightly in every answer of her interview. Her drive and dedication are truly inspiring and serve as a model for many young professionals looking to move up in the industry.

We’re all incredibly proud of Brenda’s accomplishments. I wish her nothing but success in her current role as general manager of the ADESA Brasher’s location in Sacramento, and I look forward to seeing what she accomplishes next.
