The past few months have been very productive at ADESA, and I wanted to share a few highlights with you.

Our commitment to new technology continues with our 50 percent acquisition of TradeRev. We already have feet on the ground in the U.S. and have integrated AFC and CarsArrive on the TradeRev platform. We will continue to invest in the dealer-to-dealer online space and commit resources to this endeavor.

Also on the technology front, our subsidiary company Recovery Database Network (RDN) launched a new product called VendorVision. This Web-based platform helps lenders efficiently manage third-party vendors and ensure they meet national compliance standards. And VendorVision is fully integrated with RDN, so customers receive status updates automatically.

At ADESA, we launched our new Marketplace app for iPhone users. This allows our dealers to find, research, price and purchase cars, both online and at our auctions. It also has a GPS function so dealers can quickly and easily find a car on the auction lot simply by scanning the VIN with their mobile device. The Marketplace mobile app works along with the LiveBlock mobile app, released earlier this year.

I would like to also recognize our auctions and thank everyone for continuing to support our customers. Several of our auctions were recently recognized for providing award-winning service

• ADESA Lexington, Chase Cup for Best National Auction Performance and Best Regional Performance in the Southwest, from Chase Auto Finance

• ADESA Kansas City, Service Award for the Midwest Region, from Wheels

• ADESA Golden Gate, Top Performance Auction for the Western Region, from Wheels

• ADESA Dallas, 2014 Auction Achievement Award, from Enterprise Holdings

• ADESA Los Angeles, 2014 Auction Achievement Award, from Enterprise Holdings

We are ending 2014 on a high note, and I look forward to what the new year will bring for ADESA and our industry.
