ADESA Canada and ADESA subsidiaries were well represented at the 2017 Auto Remarketing Canada Conference and the Women & Automotive: Canadian Leadership Forum. We had a great time networking and learning from industry professionals across Canada and look forward to attending these events every year.

Three of our colleagues were honored at the two-day Auto Remarketing Canada Conference as members of this year’s class of Remarketing’s Under 40:

  • Nevade Coombs, client communications manager at ADESA Canada
  • Esmond Park, online operations manager at ADESA Canada
  • Danny Lynn, senior manager, national accounts, at AutoVIN

In addition, Chris Stickley, director of dealer sales for ADESA Canada, was a speaker at a session called “Wholesale Auction Trends.”

I had the honor of welcoming attendees to the conference on behalf of ADESA and introducing Tom Kontos, chief economist at KAR Auction Services, before he delivered the opening keynote.

The Women & Automotive: Canadian Leadership Forum was a one-day event immediately following the Automotive Remarketing Canada Conference. There, two of our colleagues were honored for their inclusion in Auto Remarketing’s Women & Automotive: Profiles in Leadership feature:

  • Kim Miller, senior general sales manager, ADESA Toronto
  • Michelle Mullins, Western regional manager, Impact Auto Auctions

We hope you enjoyed this year’s Auto Remarketing Canada Conference and Women & Automotive: Canadian Leadership Forum as much as we did. It is always great to have the opportunity to interact with our industry colleagues and share ideas and best practices.
